DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
U4-U16 / AGES 3-15
The Northern Soccer development program emphasizes fun and learning in an environment where boys and girls can practice the teamwork and skills necessary for playing soccer.
Our goals are to improve and maintain physical fitness, to promote emotional health and growth, and to foster the spirit of doing one's best for oneself and the team.
Our development program is the foundation for all activities conducted by the club. There is a spring season (March - May) and a fall season (August - October).
Included in this 8 week program:
- 2 Soccer Jerseys (Home & Away)
- Soccer balls and all equipment for practices and games
- Volunteer Coaches
- 1 Practice a week
- 1 Game on Saturday
What you provide:
- Soccer shoes (recommended)
- Shin guards
- Water bottle
- A positive attitude

El Dorado
All practices are from 530pm - 630pm at the El Dorado Community School
ACADEMY PROGRAM / U7-U10
AGES 6-9
The Academy is a place of study or training in a special field.
It is offered for all players 6-9 years of age (U7-10).
The program follows the eight-week development league schedule.
Players are exposed to an extra session a week that focuses on individual development.
Trained, professional coaches will run all sessions.
This program is separate from the development program, and it for those who want to prepare for select soccer.
The academy program will include continued evaluation of players as part of Northern's academy to select program pipeline.

SELECT PROGRAM / U10-U19
AGES 9-18
Northern Soccer Club Select is an elite program for teams and players to compete in the highest level of league play in New Mexico.
It is the mission of Northern Soccer to provide an environment that fosters play at the highest level, along with the developmentally appropriate training of players who demonstrate talent and dedication with the desire to excel.
The intent of the Select Program is to place the best players on competitive teams and play in the Duke City Soccer League.
Select teams practice 2-3 times a week and play at least 8 DCSL games and 2 tournaments.
